Cancellation Policy & Late Arrivals 

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the Practitioner’s schedule that could have been filled by another patient. 

As such, cancelled or missed appointments without 24 hours notice will be charged accordingly. 

1st time - you're off the hook

2nd time - 50% of the fee will be charged 

3rd time - you will be charged the full allotted fee
(some exceptions apply)

In the case of late arrivals, it is fully understood that only the time remaining for your scheduled appointment will be allotted to provide treatment. You will be charged the full allotted fee for the appointment scheduled. Upon arrival, please remove your outdoor shoes and have a seat in the waiting room; do not call out, knock or open treatment room doors.

Reminder that any phone calls and/or digital reminders are not office protocol and are a courtesy. It is suggested that you create a hard copy or use alternative devices as a reminder to reduce the potential of the situation occurring.
